FAQ

Questions owners ask.

Am I charged during early access?

No. Billing isn't switched on. These plans are our current draft and may change before launch. We'll tell you before anything is billed, and nothing is charged without you choosing a plan.

What is “AI work”?

The cost of the AI model calls your team makes: planning goals, doing tasks, verifying results, writing your briefing. Each task shows what it cost, and the Command Center shows the month's total against your limits.

What happens when the month's AI work runs out?

Work stops. Tasks wait until the next month or until you raise the budget. You can also set lower daily and monthly limits for the company and a monthly limit per AI employee; whichever is hit first stops the work.

Can AI employees spend my money?

Not on their own. Purchases, deposits and anything else involving money wait for your approval by default, and the server enforces that, not just the screen. Finance can record transactions for bookkeeping, but it can't move money.

Which integrations will there be?

Email and calendar, docs and storage, project management, CRM and support, e-commerce and payments, accounting, web and marketing, and code and dev tools. None are live yet. See the roadmap.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. As drafted, moving up takes effect immediately and moving down applies from the next month. If you're over a lower plan's limits, nothing is deleted. You just can't add more until you're within them.

Is my data used to train AI models?

We don't use your company's data to train models. OkayPanda uses Anthropic's Claude through its API, and Anthropic doesn't train its models on API inputs and outputs by default. More on how we handle data.
